Brief Answer:
you have three issues-- fluctuating high blood pressure sinusitis gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to Health care magic,
I think reading from your previous consultation, you have three issues--
fluctuating high blood pressure
sinusitis
gastritis

I will suggest you do steam inhalation daily with Vicks/Eucalyptus oil for sinusitis
Control your blood pressure with medication suggested by your doctor.
Take a liquid antacid with Simethicone to control gas and acidity, with an occasional Omeprazole/Pantoprazole.
Also you can try an OTC digestive enzyme preparation
Get a breath/stool test for H Pylori (can cause recurrent gastritis)
If the pains/pins and needles sensation persist, get an x-ray of cervical(neck) spine.
You can revert back.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Pain above eyes can be due to sinusitis if more in morning.

Detailed Answer:
Hi sure.

You should keep your laptop at a height that does not involve extra bending of neck.
Pain above eyes can be due to sinusitis if more in morning.
Burning in head may be due to cervical spondylosis (brought on by bending neck)
Please do neck exercises and gentle massage with any pain cream to correct this, and supplementation of B1 B6, B12 will also help.

Brief Answer:
no pins and needles in legs may be due to spondylosis lower down

Detailed Answer:
Hi, no pins and needles in legs may be due to spondylosis lower down in lumbar (lower back) spine.
Like I suggested earlier, neck and back exercises, gentle massage with any pain cream, and supplementation of B1 B6, B12 will help.
