Brief Answer:
Simple exercises and proper sitting posture should be all you need.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query. Your problem is perhaps complicated by improper sitting posture. Your computer screen needs to be at the proper height such that you look straight ahead and not at an angle. Your arm rests need to be in proper position and your backrest should be such that your back can remain straight but rested. There should be no gap between your hip and backrest.

You also need to take your eyes off the computer from time to time and should do static neck exercises and back exercises twice a day. It is hard to explain the exercises here but a simple google search will help you out in this regard. However, getting to know the proper techniques from a physical therapist would be a better idea. Proper exercise will keep the vertebrae in position and will prevent the nerve compressions which in turn would reduce your symptoms.

Feel free to let me know if you have any further queries.
