Brief Answer:
No need to give anything. she will be alright

Detailed Answer:
Dear friend, greetings from HCM. I understand your concern.

You need not give her anything. She will be alright. Taking medicine and missing meal is very bad and risky in diabetic patients. They might go for dangerous hypoglycemia. Take care of her advice her not to miss food after taking medications. Ask her to take small and devided meals maybe 3 to 4. Ask her to take more of green leafy vegetables, fruits, and other fiber rich diet.

No need to worry about the present symptoms. No need of antibiotics too. For repeated vomiting anti-emetic medicine like ondansetron may be given. Rehydration should be taken care of with ORS. Just take care of her diet in future

Thank you .
