Suggest Treatment For Back Spasms And Lower Back Pain
Question: I have scoliosis that causes back spasms frequently and upper and lower back pain frequently. The severity is moderate and usually prevents me from completing every day activities. I have been doing physical therapy but it is becoming expensive and I can't afford to pay an office visit to get an RX from my Family Physician.
Brief Answer:
Excercice at home
Detailed Answer:
hello andvthank you for asking HCM,
I understand your concern. M suggestion is to excercice at home. You probably remember at least one third of the excercice you did so try to repeat them each day at home. The pain will lower after you strengthen your back and abdominal muscles.
I hope this answer was helpful to you.,

Is there any way to get a temporary RX for something non-narcotic? Please? I've got 2 toddlers and It's hard to keep up with them when I'm in pain.
Brief Answer:
Ibuprofenum
Detailed Answer:
my suggestion is to take ibuprofenum 3x400 mg during the day. If this won't help than 3x600mg. The maximum daily dose is 2400 mg.
As long as you take ibuprofen, take also pantoprazolum in the morning to protect your stomach.
