Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
Going through your history it appears that you have unstable spine or multiple disc prolapse in lower lumbar region.
For this condition ,In my practice I start pain killers , Muscle relaxants , and physiotherapy + Lumbar belt. If there is no relief after 6-8 weeks, then I get an MRI and x-ray of lower spine in flexion and extension to assess stability and consider surgical intervention.
Thanx for the question. Please feel free to ask any other question.
