Suggest Treatment For Balanitis

Question: hi doctor, i have been suffering from balanitis from 15 months or so. please help me out. i have everything. please suggest me precise treatmnet. thank you in advance.

1) Do you have unprotected sex ?
2) Is there any lesion on the glans penis?
3) Have you consulted any specialist for your problem?
4) Do you have any urinary complains like burning ,discharge from penis etc?
5) Is it possible to upload photograph of your glans penis ?
6) have you taken any antibiotics?

I had unprotected sex in october 2014 but I got this problem in January 2015. There is no lesion on the Penis. But I have pearly penile papules on the head of the penis. I did not consult any doctor for this. I did not take any anti- biotics too but I put surfaz sn over it which removes the redness and itching both. But whenever I masterbate more than 2 times or do sex it comes again. i have uploaded the picture on report section.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefotaxime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
