Question: My foreskin of penis covers all mt penis...I tried to pull it back at its head and kept it there for 1 day....but now it's hurting

Probably you have developed balanitis, inflammation of the glans penis.
There is also a possibility of phimosis that is tight fore skin.

Hello
Thanks for the photograph.
You have developed inflammation of the prepuse.
You need a course of antibiotic.
Tablet cefixime 200 mg twice daily for a week and application of ointment mupirocine twice daily should help you.
Get a blood sugar investigation done as such inflammation is more common in diabetes.

sir, is there any issue of foreskin???????...because i took my friend to a physician and i had show him my problem also there...so he was saying that its a major problem as your foreskin is covering your penis head completely...so he told me to start pulling it back otherwise i would have to operate it....wht should i do????????

It's just an inflammation of foreskin.
Pulling back now can cause you pain.
Start with antibiotic and apply cream for 2 days.
Try to keep area clean by washing with water.
After 2 days you can start pulling it back slightly.
