Suggest Treatment For Bend Glans Penis And Premature Ejaculation

Question: I am 50, 5'11" married for 20 years. My glans is bent at its base by almost 45 degrees from the penis shaft. This makes penetration difficult. I also suffer from PE. Found our from the net that this could be due to Frenulum breve. Can this be corrected?
Brief Answer:
Yes
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your query. Yes, Bend of glans towards shaft is due to Frenulum breve or short Frenulum. Only treatment of Frenulum breve is surgery. It may include cutting the skin, breaking of frenulum by use of knot or complete circumcision.
Procedure will be selected by your surgeon after examining the area. But problem of PE cannot be corrected by this procedure.
Hope i have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks. Should I contact a urologist or a general surgeon for this. Does this procedure require hospitalization? Will this effect my performance. I mean will the penis go numb or something like that?
Brief Answer:
General Surgeon
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow-up.
This procedure is minor and is usually done by general surgeons. It doesn't require hospitalisation otherwise indicated. And it will not reduce your performance.
Consult a local surgeon and there is no need of worry.
If you don't have any other query, you can close this discussion and rate my answer.

Brief Answer:
Yes, PE can be cured
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow-up. There are few things you can do to delay ejaculation.
First thing is Kegel Exercise. It will strengthen your pubic muscle and that would help to improve duration. For that just locate your pubococcygeus (PC) muscle. Put one or two fingers right behind your testicles. Pretend that you are urinating, then try to stop the flow with a quick muscle contraction. That muscle you just used to stop the flow from the bladder is your PC muscle. Try to do 10 to 20 squeezes in a set, three to four times a day. Once the muscle is strong enough you can hold your ejaculation.
Another method is squeeze method. When you are about to ejaculate, squeeze the shaft with thumb and finger and avoid all stimulations for about 30 secs. Then again resume it.
Medicines like Sustinex and paroxetine are useful in delaying ejaculation. Later one acts for about 24 hours due to long half life. But these should be prescribed only after consulting a psychiatrist in XXXXXXX Any known Psychiatrist will help you out with it.
