What Causes Pain In The Left Armpit While Riding?

Question: I just got done riding excerize bike was taking shower all of sudden pain under left arm pit in ribs lasted a few seconds then went away came back now stopped and now feels different in area. i do have asthma , and it is 80 percent humidity here plus 86 degrees what could it be . no shortness of breath

I can understand your concern,

This is not related to asthma for sure.

As you explain the history probably a muscle contraction due to the effort you were doing or it might be from the hiatal hernia too.

If it's due to the hernia then after you have taken rest it will pass and nothing else to be done.

If from the contraction and if the pain continues then analgesic like Paracetamol tablet may help.

Don't worry, only try to rest and monitor the pain for now.
