Suggest Treatment For Benign Essential Tremors
Question: I was diagnosed with a benign essential tremor when i was a little kid. I now am 26 and the tremor in my non dominant hand (my left hand) is so bad when trying to eat or hold a cup or typing that I've started to just not use that hand. My right hand shakes a lot but nowhere near as bad as my left. Is this normal?
