Suggest Treatment For Bipolar Disorder Depression
Question: 1. Suffering from bipolar since 1999 was under regular medication mainly serta 50
2. In 2012 feb, hit extreme high phase, got admitted in Lilavati hospital XXXXXXX under Dr XXXXXXX Shah.It took 2 month to become normal.Medicine given was Lithosun,Risnia,Lopez,Pacitane,Serenace &divint & Trizine H for app 3-4 month to make me normal.
3. Presently i am taking Serta 25 , Dicorate ER 750 since last 1.5 years ( Serta range between 25 to 100 as per Dr advise periodically but average Serta dosage is 50 Mg.
4. My family is at XXXXXXX i am at XXXXXXX since 1 year on transfer and on bachelor status no support group to discuss the problem as in office depression is taboo.
6.Sir, i m under Dr Ganju of Apollo XXXXXXX and under overall guidance of XXXXXXX Shah XXXXXXX
4. Last 1 month i m experiencing very low mood, lack of confidence, nervousness, helplessness anxiety and stress skating of hands, self pity etc and that is persisting and that is why i am approaching you

In your treatment Dicorate ER 750 is mood stabilizer and Serta 25mg is antidepressant. Both are being used in low dose, which is reason for poor response in your case. As your psychiatrist is far, it may be reason for use of lower dose of medicines. You should seek treatment from nearby psychiatrist, to increase dose or change medicine, which can be done only after in person meeting with psychiatrist and examination.
