Suggest Treatment For Black Spots And Rashes On The Hands And Feet

Question: I have tiny black dots mixed with a rash that usually starts on my hands and feet. I used peroxide on the areas and I get a severe biting sensation. Warm water feels extremely hot. Bumps appear on other parts of my body. My face, scalp, groin area, and anus seem to be thrle worst. It comes every 2 weeks or so and is more painful at night. I've even had painful bumps in my mouth. The same black dots are in my mouth and nostrils. Most of the lesions have what looks like little fuzz balls or hairs of different colors. What could this be?

Brief Answer:
Vasculitis secondary to herpes

Detailed Answer:
Hi thanks for writing to healthcare magic.I can understand your concern.

In my opinion probably you are suffering from erythyma multiforme secondary to herpes.

It is a type of vasculitis occurring secondary to herpes infection.Painful lesion in mouth suggest herpes infection.

It will be better to consult a dermatologist as you may require long term oral steroids and antiviral drugs. You may take analgesics and apply antibiotic cream like fucidin for relief.

I hope this will help you.In case of any concern i will be happy to help you.Thanks.
