Brief Answer:
Please provide more information and consider these guidelines

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I had gone through your question and photograph you have uploaded, you need not to worry, just relax , it's a treatable condition
Here I would like further information for better assessment like
Is there any history of itching?
Any recent exposure to direct sunlight?
Your relevant medical history like diabetes or other hormonal disorder

In my opinion you should apply sunscreen lotion with SPF more than 25 or 30 for 10 to 15 days
if it remains persistent than you may require depigmenting ointment like kojic acid
you should apply kojic acid ointment in night or sunscreen lotion in day time when moving out in direct sunlight.

You should avoid direct sunlight exposure or cover your face while moving out.

Hope you will find my reply helpful and informative please feel free to ask for follow up
Best wishes
