Brief Answer:
repeatedly blood while ejaculation demands workup

Detailed Answer:
I am Dr Saad Sultan and will be answering your query.

I have read and understood your health concerns.

Is there any previous history of blood stained ejaculation or is this the first time he had this problem after dilatation? Is it associated with pain?

If it occur for the first time then it may be due to the mucosal tear due to forceful coitus. Other probability is the infection. I would not be worried if its the first time and it doesn't repeat. However if the problem persists, then you should definitely see urologist. There may be need to get your semen analysis , urinalysis along with full blood count.

Stay calm and continue with routine chores.
