Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Please note that not treated bladder infection can lead to kidney infection what can be life threatening. So it would be safer for you to have urine analysis and proper antibiotic treatment.
You may get some relief from hot baths, cranberries supplementation and increased mineral water intake. Try to urinate as often as possible (urine flushes bacteria out).

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

I purchased an over the counter product called AZO this evening in an attempt to lower the discomfort.

Also I have an appointment with a Doctor specializing in exactly what you recommended.I forgot to mention that I purchased some non sugar cranberry juice along with a case of mineral water.

I have been drinking Reverse osmosis water for a long while and may of upset my electrolytes

Detailed Answer:
So you did as much as possible to get it better. AZO is only pain relief medicine. Does not treat an infection. It seems that without antibiotic you wont get any better.
