Brief Answer:
Either wart or corn, apply lotion containing salicylic acid & lactic acid
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Health Care magic,
I have reviewed the attached photographs and there are 2 possibilities:
Either corn or wart.
You can apply a lotion containing combination of Lactic acid 16.7 percent and Salicylic acid 16.7 percent on the affected area twice daily till it sheds off .
It will take 4-5 weeks.
Various brands containing this combination are available in the market like Cleanoderm lotion, salex L lotion or Duofilm lotion.
You can buy either of the above as all are equally good.

Brief Answer:
Not very effective in warts over scalp, use twice daily, can use bandaid
Detailed Answer:
You can try using that lotion in the scalp but it is not usually very effective for the warts in the scalp area.
You need to apply the lotion twice daily on the affected areas and yes you can use bandaid or micropore tape over the lotion before wearing shoes.
