Question: After I smoke, I brush my teeth, brush my tongue vigorously and rinse my mouth. Sometimes, in my spit these v-shaped red blood cells have appeared. What might be causing this?

Brief Answer:
Gum infection, scaling, gum astringents

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
As far as the bleeding from the oral cavity is concerned, I have the following possibilities.
It can be because of the gum infection secondary to deposits. Since you have the habit of smoking it can still worsen the gum infection. So nothing to be panic, consult an oral physician and get it evaluated. You need to get the teeth cleaned (scaling and root planning) followed by use topical gum astringents like tannic acid.
You have to stop smoking and maintain oral hygiene.
These are the possible causes and treatment plan based on your description of your problem. If possible upload the images of your teeth so that I can give exact diagnosis and treatment plan.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
