Brief Answer:
Sore mouth and UTI

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

Burning sensation in mouth may be due to acid reflux due to underlying Gastro-esophageal reflux disease(GERD).Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) like Pantoprazole (20-40 mg) daily orally before food for a few weeks usually helps in these cases.
Mouth rinse or local orasep ( Choline Salicylate, Tannic Acid ) gel may give temporary relief.

Urinary tract infection (UTI)should be treated separately. First send urine for routine examination and urine culture and sensitivity test. Usually in recurrent UTIs, patient is asked to start a course of antibiotic particularity fluoroquinolone ( e.g Ofloxacin -standard dose 400 mg orally daily for at least 5 days) and wait for the culture report and adjust the antibiotic according to sensitivity report.
Allare prescription drugs.

Burning mouth still lingers. Began prescription of Omeprazole, 20 mg, plus using prescription mouth rinse - contains some substances like Malox, Benedril, and a pain reducer causing a numbness. Maybe some swelling of the lower lip. Any further suggestions?

Brief Answer:
Sore mouth

Detailed Answer:
Take also a Vitamin B-complex 1 tablet daily after food for 2 weeks.
Do a complete blood count(CBC) and let me know the report to decide whether you need any serum iron studies.
