Question: bleeding on the side of my scrotum (left) no pain, seemed like a lot of blood for about five min, then stopped. no pain or discomfort XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

Lot of bleeding from scrotum without trauma or injury is an emergency. You need to visit a nearby ER even if you do not have any pain. Angiokeratoma is a rare possibility but physical exam is needed. Urgent physical consultation is needed.
