Question: Hello, i have some cuts around vagina flap and it bleeds if i scratch. Please suggest some ointment/cream which can help

I don't have any fungal infection. The discharge is normal. I haven't noticed any change in that. I haven't changed my soap or type for undergarments. I haven't tested for diabetes, so I am not sure about that. The cuts I have is not inside the vagina. It's on outer side of the flaps. Also, I am not married. It itches a lot while urinating. Please help.
