Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.
1. Bites on penis are common by mistake and please do not get scared. The bleeding has stopped and therefore no serious problem.
2. The bite area is raw and when you pass urine there might be burning sensation due to irritation. Please was the penis with warm water twice a day.
3. Please send a picture of your penis to help me understand your problem accurately. You can apply little amount of neosporin ointment to the wound if it is on the skin of penis.
4. Avoid having sex for a week and till then please allow the wound to heal.
5. Wear loose inner clothes and avoid jeans if there is discomfort.
Hope your query is answered.
Please write back if there is any doubt.
Regards,
There is no external injury. There was probably few drops of blood that oozed out of the penis, and later little bit blood came out while passing urine right after that. There was no blood after that. She had bit below the penis when it was erect, I felt a little discomfort at that time. Looks like something in internal. Now I feel burning sensation while passing urine and doesnt feel normal in that area. Little worried.
Please drink lots of water and avoid sex for a week
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
1. It is probable that there might be mild urethral injury following rough sex. Please drink lots of water and pass urine frequently. However let us wait for three days and observe for any persisting symptoms. The burning during urination should improve in three days and there is no active bleeding. One thing which I suggest is please avoid sex for a week to give time for it to heal. If there is nothing external and the symptoms started only after yesterday when having sex then no medicine is required. If the burning is present even after three days then you can visit a doctor and get urine examination done.
Hope your query is answered.
Please write back if there is any doubt.
