Suggest Treatment For Blister On Deformed Joint In Little Finger

Question: On my right baby finger, I have a deformed joint near the nail. I've had this for a few years and have assumed it was arthritis. Now, over the past 2 weeks, on this deformed joint, I have developed what looks like a blister, except it is hard and has a strange dark dot in the center. It hurts, but not like the joint hurt in the past. The side of the joint where this "blister" is it is reddened. Is this a coincidental wart growing or is it somehow related to the deformed joint? I have had warts in the past...none currently...and none ever hurt.
Brief Answer:
Please send the picture of baby finger if possible

Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Your suffering seems to be because of callus (callosities) formation at deformed joint of baby finger. This happens because of repeated friction.
To help you better please send the picture of baby finger, if possible.
Meanwhile you may have Ice fomentation along with Ibuprofen and trypsin/chymotrypsin to reduce pain and swelling.
Looking forward to your reply and would be glad to help you further.

Brief Answer:
Friction blister is the cause
Detailed Answer:
Hello
It's good to see you.
After going through the picture it looks to be a non serious friction blister. This will generally heal on its own and not require any treatment if care is taken to prevent additional friction. Keeping the blister clean and not draining the fluid may also help it heal, usually within a week. If the blister is pierced to remove the fluid, it may be at a higher risk of becoming infected.
You may have pain killer drugs like Ibuprofen and other s as discussed earlier.
Hope this suffices.
Regards
