Brief Answer:
Oral antibiotics if topical did not resolve

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on the history you have described it appears to be impetigo or a staphylococcal boil that is recurring. If topical FUSIDIC ACID 2% did not help in resolution permanently then oral antibiotics can be considered particularly if there is pus and discharge associated with the lesion and if there is a possibility of scar formation. Any discharge should preferably be cultured. Antibiotics can be started empirically and then adjusted according to the culture results. Kaolin poultice can be applied locally which can help in quicker resolution especially if its a staphylococcal boil infection.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
