Thank you,

No need to drain blisters, follow as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Bruising and blister in knee is common following moderate to severe trauma. It is even more in patients who are aged or have hypertension or diabetes or who are on specific medications.
You need not drain those blisters. You are doing the right thing by applying ice. Continue it.
Also take paracetamol as you are taking, and elevate foot.
You can take trypsin-chymotrypsin combination for reduction of swelling.
Also, a course of antibiotics with cefuroxime or coamoxyclav will be helpful.
The above can be continued for 3 days. If pain not reduced, an X-ray should be done and an Orthopedician should be consulted.
You can consult your treating or family doctor about the above and get the prescription done.
Hope this was useful.
Regards.
