Brief Answer:
Seems to be due to tick bite

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and have checked the attached images. The blisters seem to be due to some insect bite, possibly tick bite. As of now, you need not panic. Most ticks do not carry disease, and most tick bites do not cause serious health problems.

Wash the area of the tick bite with a lot of warm water and soap. A mild dishwashing soap may be used. Apply some antibiotic ointment like neosporin ointment and cover it with an adhesive bandage. Give him some antiallergic like cetrizine once daily. It should gradually be fine back again. Look out for any untoward symptoms like new rash or flaring up of the rashes, fever, altered consciousness etc. If they occur, you would need to visit a doctor without delay. Else, you may relax.

Regards
