Suggest Treatment For Blisters On The Leg

Question: 32 month old female woke up with small blister like mark on the front of her leg below the knee, and the whole leg below the knee is very swollen. No evidence of her experiencing pain or not feeling well. Also some small scratch like marks around her ankle. She walks different. No signs of fever.

1. history of fall / insect bite
2. other blisters in body
3. high resolution photograph of the leg ( if no objection )
4. extent of swelling include whole foot area
5. any obvious temperature difference involving the swollen part as compared to
normal opposite leg , redness
6. swelling is diffuse or there are tiny skin eruptions as well

She is not here right now, but the affected leg was a little bit red. No noticeable insect bites. Just that one small area on the front of her leg that looked like it was water filled. Would that be treated with antibiotics?

unknown trauma / compression )
* Suggested guidelines for better recovery
- keep leg elevated when resting
- ice applications 3-4 times a day
