Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As per the details given by you, most likely you are suffering from irritable bowel syndrome. Irritable bowel syndrome is a rather common intestinal tract disease which is characterized by sharp pain in the stomach, stomach gas, diarrhea or constipation. It is a chronic condition whose exact cause, although unknown, is sometimes attributed to the dysfunctional production of the neurotransmitter, dopamine.
Good news is that it not lethal while bad news is that there is no specific treatment available. However, the symptoms can be brought under control through various methods. The symptoms of IBS can be controlled by making lifestyle changes such as incorporating certain modifications to your diet and reducing or managing stress levels.
Life style changes suggested are:-
- If certain foods make your signs and symptoms worse, don't eat them. These may include alcohol, chocolate, caffeinated beverages such as coffee and sodas, medications that contain caffeine, dairy products, and sugar-free sweeteners such as sorbitol or mannitol.
- If gas is a problem for you, foods that might make symptoms worse include beans, cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli. Fatty foods also may be a problem for some people. Chewing gum or drinking through a straw can lead to swallowing air, causing more gas. Try to drink plenty of fluids every day. Cleaner water is best. Alcohol and beverages that contain caffeine stimulate your intestines and can make diarrhea worse, and carbonated drinks can produce gas.
- Over-the-counter anti-diarrhea medications, such as Imodium or Kaopectate, use the lowest dose that helps. Imodium may be helpful if taken 20 to 30 minutes before eating to reduce stool frequency. In the long run, these medications can cause problems if you don't use them correctly so try to control things by severe life style modification. You have to see how your body responds to things.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
In that case go for Polyethylene glycol-electrolyte solution (PEG-ES). It is used to empty the colon (large intestine, bowel). Polyethylene glycol is an osmotic laxative. Polyethylene glycol works by retaining water in the stool, resulting in softer stools and more frequent bowel movements. Polyethylene glycol does not affect glucose and electrolytes in the body. If this is also not effective then only option left is Proctolysis enema or manual evacuation of bowel.

I have received my blood report & stool Test report to be normal, as No blood in stool...
but my x-ray report states the below:
FINDING's:- A Supine view of the abdomen demonstrates a moderate amount of stool seen throughout the abdomen most prominently seen in the colon involving the hepatic flexure and in the descending colon. The bowel pattern otherwise is non obstructed. No mass effect is seen. No suspicious clarifications over the kidney outline is seen although there is limitation from the overlying bowel. The Skeleton is thought to be intact.
IMPRESSION:-
1. Moderate amount of stool in the colon suggests Consipation.
2. No obstruction evident.
What does this mean? What problem i have? is anything serious ? how to get it cured?
Please your suggestion..

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This means that you have constipation. Bowels are not cleared properly but at no point bowel is obstructed or have any impaction of stool.
You most likely have irritable bowel disease. However an X-ray is just a basic test, you should go for better tests like ultrasound and a colonoscopy.
Cure is a drastic change in life style as advised by me above.
However laxatives can be taken on an as and when required basis.

Hi,
Irritable bowel can severely effect the quality of life when not controlled adequately. The reason for constipation is irritable bowel syndrome. Drastic lifestyle modification along with laxative like lactulose should be taken to provide relief. Please follow all the advice given by me.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As per your query, yes, Polyethylene Glycol 10-15 ml can be taken as and when required for immediate relief in symptoms of constipation.
However if it's not relieved by it as you said then in that case enema can be taken as and when required.
Take enema yourself every third day. It will provide you with symptomatic relief.
Follow all other advice given earlier for long term relief.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks.
