Brief Answer:
Needs control of pressure, sugar & failure / AND stent

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Blockages – more than 70% - need intervention, as soon as possible.
Bypass surgery was theoretically better – but stent is safer in such situation….
Bypass may be done at a later stage, if necessary… The decision depends on the location, number, length and severity of the blockage, as revealed by the angiogram… The treating cardiologist could conclude better based on the total clinical picture…

Control the pressure and sugar and go for stent….
He appears to have Congestive Heart Failure. Aggressive treatment will improve / stent also facilitates and is beneficial

Good luck
God bless you
