Brief Answer:
please furnish full details of angiogram

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.
basically heart is getting blood supply through 3 coronary arteries one on right and 2 on left.In case of your father in law all 3 or its branches might have blocked. In presence of such blockes usually there are 3 options for treatment.
1.Medication in optimum dose and combination
2.Angioplasty with stent
3.Bypass surgery.
If block is less than 70% then first option of medication is enough. If blocks are more than 70% then decision depends onto type and length of block.so i need exact information of angio to guide you properly.
Same rule of 70% applies to even carotid blocks.
Meanwhile as i understand that he is asymptomatic you should continue with medicines prescribed to you,
please share all the reports to enable myself to guide you properly,
My best wishes
Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
