Question: I have a piece of radish down the wrong pipe- I can still feel it, I am not choking. What should I do, I am 82-so things aren't working like they should.

It is UNLIKELY that the piece of radish would have entered the wrong pipe. If that was the case, it is an emergency. You would be choking, coughing, breathless or even collapsed. Nothing of that sort happened.
If you feel it has stuck somewhere, an upper GI endoscopy may be done.
You might be having a narrowed food pipe where it would have got lodged or you might be having globus which is nothing but feeling of lump in the throat ( acid reflux is one of the causes).. So the next thing to do is get an upper GI endoscopy done.
