You seem to be having viral infection of the upper respiratory tract, going down to the larynx. Viral infection is self-limiting and symptomatic medicines would suffice.

My suggestions to you are:
1. To drink plenty of warm water, this will reduce the congestion in the nose, throat and the larynx
2. To do steam inhalation 2-3 times a day, for 2 minutes only, this will relieve the nasal block and reduces the congestion over the vocal cords
3. Try taking ambroxol or bromhexine for reducing the consistency of the secretions
4. Saline nasal spray helps in clearing the nasal secretions and relieving the nasal block
5. Absolute voice rest for few days
6. Avoid chilled food and beverages/coffee/smoking/alcohol if any

With the above measures you should be alright. If the symptoms persist you can start with antibiotics (preferably a combination of amoxycillin and clavulanic acid or cefuroxime alone).
