Question: Hi,
I have a blocked nose and get sneezes at times.
Any quick remedy to get my unblock my nose?

As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having Allergic Rhinitis .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice
use fexofenadine+montelukast combination tablet like Tab Allergra M once daily .

You will get quick relief . You may need prescription for tablet .

Don't use xylometazoline nose drop , they are habit forming .
