Please don't take Xylometazoline for more than one week. It won't work for more than 1 week. Start taking Fluticasone spray 2 puff at bedtime for 1 month. It will decrease the allergic inflammation of the nose. Take saline nasal spray Solspre. It will clear the allergic mucus of the nose. Take both these spray for at least 1-2 months. Take steam inhalation. Do yoga or nasal breathing exercises.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
