Need to look at angio CD and patient before a perfect advice
Detailed Answer:
Please note that advice on revascularisation are perfect only after consideration many factors including in person examination and history review by cardiologist and also review of angiogram.
But going by information given by you and report attached there are few descripancies. There reports actually talks about two blocks on left side one being 100 and other 90%. Looking at the report it looks like he can either be treated by surgery bypass or angioplasty- stents. But with stents it may or may not be possible to open second block which is 100%.
Again how early it depends upon the patient symptoms and other things like heart pumping and any other Co morbid illness
Complications are to the extent of 2-5% and include life risk , risk of need for emergency surgery, stroke or paralysis Bleeding at site of angioplasty especially if done from groin
Needs early revascularisation
Detailed Answer:
Looking at reports there is need for early revascularisation. After looking at CD if they are suitable for stenting than that would be little lower risk alternative. If stenting is not good option or requires too long or too thin stent it's better to go with bypass surgery
