Suggest Treatment For Blood Discharge From Mouth Along With Tingling In Hands

Question: I am having a strange thing going on with me and can't seem to find out what it is. I will be just sitting or blow drying my hair and getting ready, and will taste blood and when I spit, there will be blood. I can suck on my tongue and the blood seems to be coming from my tongue, not my gums. I have been to the dentist and she said it wasn't gum or tooth related, and didn't see anything wrong with my tongue. She wanted me to see a dr and I did, but they seem to know nothing. What would you suggest I do? Also I have been feeling really tired, and not everyday but about every two weeks I will start feeling weak and shaky and my arms and legs feel weak, and then I will break out in a sweat, and just feel weird. It's not like I skipped a meal and blood sugar would be low, and after I eat something like peanut butter in case that's what it is, I still feel that way, and afterwards I feel really tired and look like I feel bad out of my eyes. What do you suggest I see for these things. I also have some bruises on my body I don't know how I got them. Having some tingling in my arms and cold chills on my scalp or on my head and lots of things going on. I just feel so very tired all the time.

I have gone through your case history.
I understand that you have recurrent bleeding from mouth which you feel is from tongue.But as your doctor and dentist could not find any gross lesion in tongue, it is likely that it is not from tongue and it can be from mucosa.In your history you mentioned that you have some bruises on your body which can be purpural spot(minor bleeding under skin).This points towards some haematological disorder like Platelet dysfunction.
You also have significant weakness ,this may be due to underlying cause producing platelet dysfunction or due to low hemoglobin.
At this stage i recommend that you get your following investigations done
1.Complete Hemogram with peripheral smear.
2.Routine urine alalysis
3.Renal and liver functions.
I shall be able to guide you only after baseline investigations.
Having obtained these reports i shall be able to guide you further.

When you say I need to have routine unrine analysis, do you mean the 24 hr one? I also will have a strong smell of ammonia for no reason like after I exercise, of get back from going shopping and come in the house.

What about the smell of ammonia I smell at times, what could cause that? Like after I exercise, go walking, or just get back from shopping and come in the house.

There are many causes of such smell in urine.
Post menopausal lady with dehydration, certain change in diet, urinary infection,diabetes etc.

In your case as it is following exercise , I suggest you to take plenty of liquids including water. Routine urine analysis will give us lot of information.
