Brief Answer:
Sometimes resolves on its own but better to check

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir
Thank you for your query,

I'm Dr. Shuba Hariprasad and will be answering your query today.

Would you please clarify a few things for me?
-did you have any recent procedures done to check for prostate disease (other than ultrasound)?
-do you have any lower back pain? Fever? Tenderness in groin area?
-any recent history of Injury to your groin or lower abdomen?
- do you have any other medical issues or take any other medications?

Blood in semen can be benign and transient. If it persists or other symptoms develop, infection, tumors, stones, need to be ruled out

I recommend :
-a urologist consult
-an ultrasound to check for size of prostate, post void Residual urine, kidney stones. An MRI, if indicated.
-urine analysis and culture
-blood tests (complete blood count, kidney function tests, prostate specific antigen)

Based one the above a treatment plan will be initiated.
As you have a history of enlarged prostate, I suggest that you see your doctor as soon as possible.
In the meantime, stay well hydrated and avoid physical strain. Hope this helps.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Wish you good health

Regards,
Dr. Shuba Hariprasad
