Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are caused by hemorrhoids.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Mentioned symptoms are typical for hemorrhoids. Blood should appear on stool surface and on toilet paper. It should not be mixed with stool. Itching, burning around anus are also characteristic symptoms of hemorrhoids.

To get relief from symptoms you should start OTC suppositories for hemorrhoids, sitz baths with Oak Bark twice a day and fiber supplementation.
Please also remember to wash this area after every stool.

If this wont help in a week or so, please consult general surgeon.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
