Suggest Treatment For Blurred Vision 9 Months After Cataract Surgery
Question: I noticed I had blurred vision yesterday and it's more pronounced today. I had cataract surgery in both eyes 9 months, new prescription trifocals shortly after, and laser correction In left eye 2 months ago. And now my vision is blurry. Is this because of the flu or cold symptoms I asked about yesterday?
I visited my doctor on the phone yesterday about the flu as you suggested. He suggested I wait a few more days to see if I am getting better. And if I feel worse to call him. And now this.

Brief Answer:
Complete eye examination
Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
Normally common cold does not give rise to blurry vision. Any blurring as you complain should be immediately reported to the doctor so that the problem can be nipped in the bud.
Continue with flu medication and seek an appointment for complete eye as well as retinal examination.
