Suggest Treatment For Congested Nose, Headache And Nausea

Hi, I have been sick from a cold for the past couple of days. I have a congested nose, and get a headache around my eyes. I feel tired and nauseous for a good part of the day. I had my normal period and normal flow about 2 weeks ago. The headache is accompanied by a blurred vision most of the time. Please help?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to chronic sinusitis.

For that you can apply nasal saline drops locally.

Continue steam inhalation.

For headache you can take tablet acetaminophen.

In case of not getting relief, you may require x ray sinuses after ENT consultation.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Shyam kale
