Brief Answer:
CT angiogram is required

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your query in detail.

As per your symptoms, you require an immediate reassment of the intravascular coil.

This can be one by angiogram or CT scan

The possibility of a new stroke need to be ruled out.

Aneurysm coil requires to be rechecked.

Further management if any is largely based on test results.

Post your further questions if you.
Thank you.
