Brief Answer:
No cause for concern.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. The bulging veins in the forehead could be due to vein compression, possibly due to muscle spasm, maybe in the neck.
2. Mostly due to abnormal neck posture due to lying down position.
3. It should disappear, along with flu. If it persists, which is a low possibility after that and if any throbbing headache is present (Now it will be present due to flu), then further evaluation can be thought of.
4. Acute bulging veins, not to worry.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
