having a lot of pain in my muscles or bone all over especially in my back my wrists and legs been having trouble sleeping a lot of sunkin eyes and circles even when I sleep
Brief Answer:
Information
Detailed Answer:
Hi -
You didn't mention how long this has been going on or if you have a fever. If this is an ongoing problem, I recommend that you go in to see your doctor for a physical exam and for lab tests to check for infection or inflammatory conditions.
In addition to an exam, I recommend a complete blood count (CBC) with differential (a count of the number of each type of blood cell). Also, if this has been going on for awhile, an ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate or "sed rate") or C-reactive protein (CRP) to assess if there is an inflammatory process happening. These two are non-specific tests - they don't give a diagnosis, but can show if there is inflammation. Also, an ANA (antinuclear antibody) or other rheumatological markers for autoimmune disorders.
Is your trouble sleeping due to the pain, or something else that you can identify?
Have you been under a lot of stress or feel tense and anxious about something?

its due to my sunkin eyes its hard to close them there so sunkin and circles and now my back pain that started a few months ago and it look an like my muscles could be fading like in my arms and wrists
Brief Answer:
Thoughts on this
Detailed Answer:
Have your sunken eyes been evaluated? That is not normal for them to be so sunken that you cannot close your eyes. Has your thyroid been evaluated (by palpation and a blood test)?
When was your last physical exam? You need to be seen by a doctor.
