Question: Elevated bilirubin level & WBC w/ distended stomach, cant fully empty bladder (pain/burn going up into abdomen & tightening sensation). Full body rash and itchy legs? (Positive ANA)

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported. I have reviewed this information fully and it is suggestive of a possible liver disease. Given the positive ANA test which is a marker of auto-immune disease, this is probably auto-immune hepatitis.

I am happy you have been referred probably to a gastroeneterologist/hepatologist. He will follow up with full examinations to clearly map out this condition and treat fully. There are medications to address this disease condition and as soon as it is confirmed, a plan with steroids/immuno-suppressants would be considered for you.
