the vibration was in my legs and when I would stand it felt like the floor was vibrating and it did the same when I was sitting down. I take medication for high blood pressure and acid reflux. There was a very bad cramp in my foot mostly the big toe before all of that started. I took some advil to hoping that it would stop and I laid down to help relax myself. I thought it might have been to the coffee during the day and plus I didn't eat a lot that day.

Hello,
If you have no weakness or urinary complains then such vibration and cramps may be due to excessive coffee, dehydration, electrolyte imbalance.
Take plenty of Fluids and salt, fresh fruit, coconut water and vitamin supplements.
