Brief Answer:
Hello

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Good day. The combination of RA, lupus and fibromyalgia can cause fair bit of pain in bones, joints and muscles. Do you have tenderness in muscles?
Are you on any pain medicines?
Fibromyalgia is a difficult disease where as the other two can be controlled with drugs. The best drug will be paracetamol. The next addition would be a non steroidal anti inflammatory drug like diclofenac ( if your kidneys are good). The third option would be an opiod like tramadol or oxycodone. Are you on any of them? if so, what dose? Apart from this, for your RA or lupus, are you on steroids?

At 57 years, you must be post menopausal. Are you on calcium and vitamin D supplementation? It is worth checking the calcium and vitamin D levels. Vitamin D deficiency can aggrevate the pain in muscles and some people get goood relief with Vitamin D supplemantation in good dose. Besides, doing stretching and yoga/meditation might also help.

The first step for you would be a good dose of paracetamol followed by NSAID /opioid. And take sufficient calcium and vitamin D. Sun exposure is good as well ( if you have no flare up of lupus on sun exposure)
Regards
Binu
