Dear asu
welcome to healthcaremagic.com
myself Dr.Atishay Bukharia,MD would be answering your question..
If there is no pain then it is not a case of boil or furucle. these may be the lesion of MOLLUSCUM CONTAGIOSUM, cause by MCV virus. It is a communicable disease, mainly seen in immunocompromised patients. Needle extraction is the treatment of choice in these cases.
please do not share your towel with any body as it is a communicable disease.
please also investigate your blood sugar and hiv.
hope it helps,
if you have any other question, please do not hesitate to contact us.

So its the case of HIV ?? Any home remedies or Cream treamtments i could get on counter of medical store !!
Brief Answer:
Visit dermatologist
Detailed Answer:
Dear asu
No it is not a case of HIV, in fact it is sometimes associated with HIV. It is molluscum CONTAGIOUSUM caused by a different virus then HIV. HIV testing is routinely indicated in person suffering from molluscum CONTAGIOUSUM.
There is no home remedy and no over the counter medication and you need to visit a dermatologist.
Hope it helps
