Brief Answer:
Treatment is along correct lines.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your daughter's diagnosis and treatment plans. They seem to be along correct lines.

In cases of brain tuberculosis (TB), sometimes, fever does take longer to subside, about 4-6 weeks.

In these cases, injection of steroids such as dexamethasone helps. Now, she is getting tablets of steroids (wysolone). You can discuss with your doctor regarding this.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,

Dear Sir,
We have started the oral medication since last 10days. Now she is suffering a severe head ache and vomiting along with fever. I understood with your answer that fever will occur. Could you please update about the head ache and vomiting. How long she will suffer with both of the above problems.
Also please let me know your openion about the medicines what we are using right now. your openion will help us a lot in this regard.

Thanking you,

Brief Answer:
Current medications are correct.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

Along with fever, headache and vomiting may also continue for about a month.

However, if the headache or vomiting is more severe or more frequent, then, dexamethasone injections (as advised above) should be used instead of wysolone tablets.

I hope it helps.

Best wishes,
