Question: my grand pa is 73 yrs old.he was suffering from c.o.p.d and mild coronary heart disease in march 2015.he is on lasilactone 50,trajenta duo,deplatt a 75 and stator 80.but today he is suffering from severe cold,and runny watery nose and mild fever.he cannot lie down on bed due to breathing problem caused by watery cold and cough.please prescribe me a medicine that works fast on his body.

cheston cold is a combination of paracetamol,cetrizine and phenyl propalonamine. p 500 is a combination of paracetamol,ciprofoxacin and hydrochloride
