Suggest Treatment For Brownish Crusty Discharge From Belly Button
Question: I have deep belly button and noticed yesterday have a brown crusted smelly discharge around it

With no fever, it is likely local and would not require any antibiotics as of now. Cleansing with iodine twice daily would disinfect the area and allow for healing. If there is no significant improvement within 5days, I will recommend then that you go to the hospital to get it examined and addressed accordingly as it may be a more deep seated infection that needs more work to get it well managed.

abscesses vary in size. If it is small and superficial, you would not feel it in the troughs of your belly button. The milky/pus-like drainage is very suggestive of this.
