Suggest Treatment For Brownish Lesions In Between Breasts
Question: I have a bunch of brownish lesions between my breasts. They itch a lot, especially when I perspire. I saw a dermatologist who told me she knew what they were, gave me some Cerave which I use daily. She did not tell me what they are. Help please. They are embarrassing!

I have completely reviewed your health query, and can well realize all those concerns. Being your physician, I will take care all of them today and will extend my expertise to solve the problems.
It seems to be the skin fungal infection that is common in this area due to moisture and causes intense itching especially in hot and humid climates. Such skin lesions are better treated when seen in a picture. Better if you spare some time to upload well lit pictures.
If I was your treating Physician I would have prescribed you with ProCort and Clotrimazole ointments on apply on the affected area after washing up the area and drying thoroughly. It is better to add Cetrizine by mouth to reduce itch and to reduce inflammation Tylenol.
Keep area dry and use Undergarments made of cotton-only. I can help you with a good Lingerie brand name I usually suggest to my patients is: victoria's secret.
Take a shower with Oatmeal Milk and Honey bodywash. No scented soaps please. Wear loose clothes and avoid hot and humid climate.
